Binding strap or lashing strap

Elastic straps or fastening elastics

These elastics are designed for securing lighter cargo, as they have a much higher stretch capacity than binding straps. Typically made of rubber, they have a metal hook attached at each end.
Elastic straps vary primarily in length, while their diameter is generally around 8 mm. They come in various lengths, and their selection should be tailored to the size of the load. Larger straps can be wrapped multiple times around the cargo, ensuring greater security.
